Between 14:34 UTC and 16:00 UTC, we experienced an issue with our Installments partner that caused Shop Pay Installments errors. A fix was implemented at 16:00 UTC which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
This issue has been resolved and is being monitored. Shop Pay Installments has been re-enabled for Canada, United States, and Great Britain.
We are investigating and will keep you updated.
Merchants and their customers may experience issues when trying to access Shop Pay Installments. We will be disabling installments for Canada, United States, and Great Britain until the issue is resolved.
